Cancellation Policy
At Wilcraft Industries, we are committed to providing timely and reliable wood energy inspection services for all clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and equitable access to appointments, we ask that all bookings be made in advance using our online booking system, by phone, or via email. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address details, and any relevant access instructions. Appointment times include a 30–60 minute arrival window to accommodate travel conditions, weather, and the variable nature of inspection work. If delays occur, our team will make every effort to communicate promptly. In the interest of fairness to all clients, Wilcraft Industries maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with fewer than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full service charge. Missed appointments, including instances where the technician is unable to complete the inspection due to inaccessible equipment or unsafe conditions, will be treated as a no-show and may also be charged at full cost. This policy ensures availability for clients on our waitlist and supports the efficient operation of our family-run business. Clients are expected to ensure safe, unobstructed access to the woodstove, fireplace, chimney, or inspection area at the scheduled time. Systems must be cool and inactive unless otherwise directed, as active appliances may delay or prevent a complete inspection. Should weather or safety concerns require postponement, Wilcraft Industries reserves the right to reschedule appointments at our discretion; in such cases, affected clients will be notified as promptly as possible. Payment for services is due upon completion of the inspection unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept e-transfer, debit, and credit card payments. By booking an appointment with Wilcraft Industries, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
